Shipping policy

At SeenUnseen Design, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes the size or style may not be to your liking, which is why we offer a hassle-free exchange policy for non-discounted items. Simply send us an email at info@seenunseendesign.com along with the piece and a small note of your size requirements, and we'll take care of the rest.

In case the item is not to your liking, we offer a one-time use store credit voucher valid for three months, provided the piece is unworn, intact with all tags and labels. However, please note that the shipping costs will not be refunded and will not be accounted for in the store credit voucher.

Please note that products ordered from our sample sale section cannot be returned, exchanged, or customised. We request you to take a close look at the measurements chart before making your purchase.

Please know that we do not accept exchanges and returns for customised orders. Only standard products are eligible for exchange or return.

We do not provide exchange and returns for international orders unless the product is defective, or the wrong item/size was shipped.

Please make sure to read the item descriptions carefully and note the size of the product. Additionally, please be aware that colors may not be 100% accurate due to monitor calibration. If you wish to exchange a piece, please send us a mail within two weeks of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees in the event of an exchange.

Note that sale items are non-returnable and available at their best and final price.

If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued upon return. Refunds are issued within ten working days if the product is damaged or defective.

For domestic shipping, the charges may vary depending on the size and mode of consignment. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for delivery updates. We normally take 10-14 working days to deliver your order, but delivery times may vary depending on your location.

For international shipping, we ship worldwide and offer shipping charges depending on the size. Please allow up to three weeks for your package to arrive.

Cancellation of an order will only be accepted if it hasn't been put into production.
