1. Eligibility for Returns

The following items are non-returnable:

- At SEEN UNSEEN, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any used items. This policy ensures that all our products remain hygienic and safe for every customer.
1.2 Time Frame:
You may return any eligible product within 5-7 business days of the delivery date.
1.3 Condition:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached. The product must also be returned in its original packaging.
2. Return Process

2.2 Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive Return Authorization (RA) and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

4.3 Shipping for Exchanges:
If you are exchanging an item due to a defect or our error, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. For all other exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
